If you want quotable, you want Withnail & I. It's not a film, more a collection of good things to say while slightly drunk.
This is one of my favourites, to set the scene the two leads (Withnail & Marwood) are talking to a man on a tractor (I'll leave you to guess his profession).

Yeah I read the first post, but decided to not post anything relevant and trash the thread further by posting something totally un-related, but in-line with the other replies.
But aside from that, if he watched the video I posted, I'm sure he can get some rather fine quotes to use in his presentation. But hey, that's just my opinion.
