need some help, getting no display :(

hey guys, with my order that i recieved at the weekend, the monitor was a bit damaged, so i sent it back today. before i sent it back, i set the pc res to 1024x768 and am now using a 17inch lcd till i get it back

now for some reason, it has refered back to my 24inch res @ 1900x1080 and this monitor doesnt support it so im just getting a blank screen saying out of range. how do i get this back down to a lower setting?

im currenty in safe mode with net working, only way i can get it to work atm.

prob best to uninstall the drivers whilst in safe mode, that way windows will use default, reboot with default drivers then reinstall
