Could do with some help and advice here, my girlfriend is currently living in Milan due to her job and we are trying to stay in touch as much as possible, obviously mobile to mobile calls aren’t practical, and I don’t really have access to my computer during the week and she doesn’t have internet in her apartment. My orange contract is up next month and I’ve been looking at different options available such as getting a skype compatible phone and using skype mobile, the only problem is she is currently in the middle of her contract and her mobile isn’t skype compatible so I started looking at the 3 skype mobiles, the 3 site sells a twin pack for £69.99 and as long as we top up £10 a month we can use it as often as we like. This way I can pay the £10 a month and just keep it as a dedicated phone to contact her whilst keeping my orange contract. Have i missed anything?
I’ve been reading mixed reports about them and I was wondering if anyone on here has any first hand experience with them such as the call quality and coverage?
Any help or input much appreciated.
