Sorry about the jokers, it appears you oriiginally posted in the bad/tired jokes section of the forum.
Your upload/download speeds look good, which suggests you may be running into problems with either your ISP throttling the WOW download (iirc it's peer to peer so some isp's will throttle it thinking it's slightly dodgy), problems with your isp's connection to the WoW servers, or even the WoW servers as they've just pushed out a big patch I think, and Blizzard have never been great with connection speeds on patch days in my experience.
How are other sites doing at the moment?
