Already posted this in the Bundles and Systems Support sectio0n but I need a quick reply.
I've got a Xenon AMD Phenom II X4 840 3.20GHz Bundle to be installed in a new pc on Wednesday and I'm having some trouble with the motherboard I believe. I can get the pc to boot with a single stick of RAM but as soon as I put in two sticks I get a repeating 4 long beep error code and there is no post or any attempt to boot. I've tried swapping around the RAM sticks but both work individually and in either slot.
Also I've had the error on boot a couple of times:
Warning! Now System is in Safe Mode.
Please re-setting CPU Frequency in the CMOS setup
And it asks if I want to go into BIOS to change the CPU frequency.

Spec is a Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2, AMD Phenom 2 X4 840, Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2x2GB)

No, it's just running with everything at standard.
(Running still with a single RAM stick) I like to run folding to stress test , so I've just tried running it to see how stable it is and I get a BSOD and then the computer seems to attempt to restart and I get the same error as with trying to boot with two RAM sticks (4 Long beeps that then repeat and no attempt at posting)

Does sound like the mobo is duff.

Do a CMOS reset either by popping out the battery or by using the on board jumper. Use one module of RAM and use memtest (more likely to post on 1 RAM module). See if it finds any errors then do the same with the other RAM module.

If you can't pinpoint exactly what's wrong it may be best to RMA the mobo and RAM. Hope this helps, give it a go. Any more Qs post back

Thanks for the help, I too thought it was a dead mobo. I just rang OCUK's support and they said try re-seating, after doing it all is now well! Apparently its a fault on the board? I hadn't of thought about it as I didn't suspect something like that to cause those errors!
