need some help

Hey all

ive just been doing some tests we my computer and things dont seem to be right from what im looking at but i dont have much clue about computers so thought it would be better to come here for some help

right my specs are:

abit ip35
Q6600@3ghz
OCZ 4GB (4x1) 800MHz LINK
OCZ GameXStream 600w
BFG GTS 512mb

and this is what im getting in cpuz:

to me that doesnt look right? so is it?

and did a cpu test

is that about right

reason why i did this test is because i use to get a CPU speed of 12GHz and now it only says 5.84GHz on www.systemrequirementslab.com

What do you think the problem is? I don't see anything out of the ordinary in my initial glance. I see SpeedStep is on, but that's certainly not a problem.

Umm, what else...

You're running the RAM on a divider at 500 MHz whilst the CPU FSB is at 333 MHz. That's not a problem.

That's about it, really. You're just getting vibes that its not set up properly? I'm not sure I understand why you think there's a problem.
