Need some quick formatting advice!!

So I'm putting Windows 7 back onto my PC. For some reason my hard drive wasn't in GPT format and I thought I'd just use the Windows installation tool thing to format the drive, and it would put it in the right format. But, apparently I assumed wrong!

So now I've no OS on any drive, which is a pain.

What I need is your advice on a USB bootable utility that I can use (a free one!) to format my hard drive to MBR. Please help, it's quite annoying and urgent.

if you have windows disk, insert it turn off machine turn on if y our comp is set to boot from disk click it if not go into boot order choosethe disk got through the steps till you get to into partition just delete all partions and do a custom install this will reformat it to the standard fat32 file system

Are we talking hdd or ssd?
