Trying to work out what the missus is on in a year

34 hours a week
7.62per hour during the week
8.15per hour on weekends

7 hours 30 mins of the 34hours are weekend hours

What is the yearly pay of this?
and what is the basic monthly pay?

Whoever answers this i'll owe you a beer if i ever happen to meet you :p

(what ever i put into the calculator doesn't look right lol)

£13,678.86 if she was working 52 weeks a year.. £1139 a month

Ah forgot to mention then she works every week in the year (even if it falls on christmas day) as shes a care worker

Inquisitor I think you took it as 4 weeks per month and then multiplied it by 12, thus only getting you 48 weeks in a year.

The figure is £13,677.30 a year
£1,139.78 a month
£263.03 a week

Weekly :

7.5 * 8.15 = £61.13 (rounded up from 61.125...) (Weekend pay)

26.5 * 7.62 = £201.93 (Mon-Fri pay)

£61.13 + £201.93 = £263.06 (Total weekly pay)

Yearly (assuming 52 weeks) :

£263.06 * 52 = £13,679.12 (Total yearly pay)

Monthly (average) :

£13,679.12 / 12 = £1,139.93 (rounded up from 1139.92667...) (Avg monthly pay (it may vary) )

Couldn't answer that... best suggestion would be to google it. I believe it changes depending on income/social status etc.
