need to find out about a company

Tried the alphabetical search at companies house but came up with nowt so I was wondering if anyone knows this company or what name it might be registered under?

No tel numbers supplied, just an online form which they seem to be ignoring.

Got a receipt for good ordered over 28 working day ago (28/3/08) but no delivery or reply to my submissions via their web site.

Anyone know anything about them at all?

All help gratefully received.
 
If you ordered it via credit card or Visa debit card ask for a refund from the bank.

They appear to be in breach of the sale of goods act and probably some other legislation as they are not a limited company and as a sole trader their terms and conditions should state the name of the sole proprietor or partners if a partnership. The domain is registered to Richard Hind and they appear to have a valid VAT number.

There doesn't seem to be any way to find out their telephone number. I would advise keep emailing and hope for the best and maybe write to them by recorded delivery also. As mentioned there are reports of non-delivery and poor service so be prepared to do a credit card chargeback if you paid by credit card. If debit card, you might want to be having a word with trading standards.

Quite unconnected, but just I've just had another shock;my debit card has been compromised and they have cleared out my current account!!
