Okay, I've got it to 2.6GHz.

Excellent, thats not bad how do you feel about sticking at 2.6GHz until you know your stable there? The memory wont go much further I dont think as its rated at 200MHz (400DDR).
As for temps 46 isnt bad if thats 100% load for a good while (I.E. running prime 95 twice and setting affinity. To go further id go for a better heatsink just to keep them down a little.
The only thing I think you could get a little more from is your RAM timings. Try setting them from 3-3-3-8 to 2.5-3-3-7 and set 1T command rate. If it sticks at the bootloader (before Windows XP screen appears) then try 2.5-3-3-8 @ 1T. Timings seem to make things just that little bit snappier.
Apart from that your in the same boat as me with regards to RAM.
How do you feel about the improvement in speed? PI 35 secs is much better than the 43 you had last week
