Need upgrade help

Basically I want to upgrade my system and I wanna know if the parts i wanna get are the best bang for my buck. I am using it for a lot of gaming, web browsing etc.

Current specs:

AMD FX8120 @3.10GHz
ASUS M5A78/L Mobo
XFX Radeon HD 6850
8GB DDR3 RAM 1330 MHz
750W PSU

What I want:

Intel Core I5 4440 @3GHz
ASUS B5M-G (Really not sure on a good Mobo around this price so help with this)
Gigabyte R9 270X OC

And the rest the same (except case I'm getting a new one)

So please help me :P

What you have already isn't all that bad. Best bang for your buck would be to keep the motherboard and upgrade the GPU to something very good and possibly the CPU to an 8320/8350. The CPU upgrade won't make a lot of difference but the GPU upgrade will. You could get a serious card for the cash you'd save on not going Intel. If you do decide on upgrading your CPU in the same motherboard then you might need a BIOS update first
