After along think, i think its best for me to start getting parts for my PC i play Fortnite at a high level and Fps later on in the game i got to 60 - 80fps, this is a big disadvantage for me because i need a constant 144fps since i have got a 144hz monitor. I have always had an idea of trying to stream my gameplay but when i do i just get even lower fps. i will have around 600-700£ to be able to buy the parts.

(p.s im clueless on what to get and i dont have any idea on how to build it, but my dads friend will help me put it together)

I already have 8gb of ram the same as my current ram just waiting to for everything to go in first.

hoping this helps and i will be happy to read what anyone has to say, remember i have 600-700£ to help me upgrade

You would need a new motherboard and most likely new ram with that cpu.

The 2 best CPUs for your current board would be an i7 6700k or an i7 7700k or even the non k versions of these if you're not planning to overclock, sourcing these 2nd hand would be the best option.
ok great i wasnt on planning on overclocking my cpu the i7 6700k looking good, should i upgrade the graphic card as well?

If your not planning to overclock the CPU you would want is the i7 6700 no k on the end, the k versions have an unlocked multiplier for overclocking and carry a premium price.
okay im thankful on your help means a lot! apart from the CPU and adding the ram, should i get a 2070? or something around that?

It depends on the RAM you have.

6700K/7700K you won't be able to stream without issues so bear that in mind.

If you have fast 3000+ MHz RAM, then you could get a 3700X, B450 Tomahawk and an RTX 2060 Super, RX 5700 XT or RTX 2070. Streaming would be very good with Fortnite gaming at 144 fps 1080p no problem. Even an RTX 2060 would achieve that with very good settings.
i have 4GB DDR4 2400

Ryzen's not so good with slow RAM.

If you find a buyer for your old system first (or at least the 2400 DDR4, 6600K, Z170 board and GTX 970), then you could add the returns onto the £700 budget and get a worthwhile streaming and gaming upgrade, like so:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £842.07 (includes shipping: £11.10)

You might have enough then for a larger SSD as well.

Otherwise, if you're happy with just a gaming boost (no streaming) then go with Joxeon's suggestion/s. Don't pay silly money for a used 6700K or 7700K though. Maybe £100 tops.
im proper happy for you giving me this advice, would i be able to go with a nvidia or will it not work with that motherboard?
