Hi There, today i built my new system consisting of:

Asus Striker 2 Extreme
4GB DDR3
Quad Core Q9450
2x 9800GX2s
Thermaltake ToughPower 1200watt

All Goes well, i power up the system and no display. seems to post fine, as i hear 1 beep, but no display, ive tried virtually everything possible except BIOS upgrade, but i tried my old 8500GT and that works fine, but both of the 9800GX2s do not work, either SLI or Just single, both dont work,

i think it maybe my PSU, but i dont get the V3, or V4 thingy, (EDIT, I now Know the V3 and V4, and my PSU is NVIDIA certified for the GX2)

PLEASE HELP ME

Many Thanks
Callum

Have you tried a different power cable to the graphics card?

I had a problem where my old 8800GT wouldn't load with the power cable from the PSU, i had to use the adapter that come with the card.

All i can think of really.

You have plugged in the auxillary power cable to the graphics right?

Try running the system with no hdds/drives connected, anything unnecessary to save power.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS?

Have you tried with only 1x stick of Ram?

Right, The Lights on the 9800s indicate that they are the right Connectors and is providing enough Power, as they light up GREEN, just about to do a BIOS uprade seeing as this motherboard bios is a very early one 0402

****ING ASUS!, Nothing was the problem, the reason why there was no output was because you have to use the 2nd DVI port down below the first one, how stupid is that? i mean there was no indication in the manual or on the card itself,

so for ppl who have this problem, its the 2nd DVI port below the first one you have to use.

I suppose, but the ASUS manual said nutting about the 2nd DVI being primary, nore was it marked on the actual card.

anyways,

Thank you all for your help.

Next Comes Overclocking for the win. :+)
