Need your opinion on getting a solid state drive!

That's pretty funny. I've heard that SSD performance starts to drop after you fill them over 60% and you're at 58%. Nice! ;)

I can't wait till these sandforce SSDs drop in price because right now I wouldn't consider anything below 64GB to last me.

I went ahead and got it, and after quite a bit of trouble getting it fitted securely into my case even though I bought an adaptor (had to drill new holes in my mounting brackets, why on earth are SSDs only available in 2.5"??) I've got it all set up and Windows 7 installed. Pleased so far, it's lightning fast.
