Needs a new HHD for games

Currently my games are sat on a 150Gb raptor disk which is ok, however I am down to only a few gig spare.

I am after replacing it with a bigger drive, but I want one that is less than 500Gb and that is fast, so what suggestions do people have?

And no I do not need an SSD and I like both of my kidneys to stay inside my body

Could just get a couple of cheap Sammy F3's and RAID 0 them, would make a tasty games drive.

Id agree with the raided F3 option, tho a cheaper option would be to keep your 150gb drive and go hunting on ebay for old SCSI equipment to compliment it as a lot of companies are swapping to SAS now, you could prob pick up a 146gb 10,000rpm U320 drive and controller card + cable for less than a pair of F3's would cost, cheaper than another 150gb raptor too
