It was a couple of doors down so didn't affect me and it was through a particular period when her husband left and she became a hoarder.
My mate went one day to help move her bed but the bed was surrounded by plastic bags full of rubbish to a height higher then the bed so he couldn't get near it.
My brother in law worked for Eon and was the guy who went to non payers houses to read the meter - he always walked away because he couldn't get anywhere near the meter.
Funnily enough the bunk bed frame was assembled outside and then she realised she now couldn't get it in the house :)
