Neighbours want to close road for party - can I still drive on it?

higher than average priced vehicle, so you paid over the average for your vehicle, or just selling it for over the recommended price?

Yea drive your higher than average priced car down the road of the party and someone will take offence.

Then one night that higher than average priced car will suffer unexplained key marks to make it an ordinary average priced car

I manage without my car for months. Surely a day or few days will be fine?

Or obviously just stick it on the other side, don't park like a turd ( ie not on the pavement) and your car will probably be fine...

To answer the OP’s question: yes, you can drive your car down that road over the course of the Jubilee celebrations, but you might feel some speed bumps that weren’t there before.
