Nerdl - Numeric Version of Wordl (NO SPOILERS OR HINTS)

First time I've tried this, took me a while to come up with the 3rd guess but my gut feeling is in some ways it is easier than wordle because it seems you can infer the position of a few things like the equals sign position and narrow down the operators after a couple of goes. Unlike wordle you know it must have an equals sign and at least one (probably more) operators.
 
This morning’s was very close to my usual initial guess. All but 2 squares were right and there was only one other option so got it in 2.

It looks like they are A/B testing this functionality.

Not sure if this is a good or not, as to me one of the key features of these sorts of games was that everyone would have exactly the same solution. I can see why they are trying it as it can be frustrating buts is only a game and sometimes trying all the combos is part of the excitement :)

Ah and yes, I agree

Had it before where I had to transpose two numbers to get the answer - in this instance would have been 1 additional "guess"
