NES low-pass filter question?

Does the NES output using a low-pass filter?

Because I am going to buy a NESRGB modded NES, and on the THS7374 chip, I can switch the lpf on or off with a jumper.

If the NES has the lpf by default, does the NESRGB mod bypass this low-pass filter?

I don’t know if the low-pass filter is good or bad anyways?
