Nes SSD - can't install OS help needed please.

Got my Crucial m225 64 out of the box, installed, changed in Bios to AHCI, drive is detected in bios and while doing post. Then when I try to install Win7 i get the message "Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition. See the Setup log files for more information" . The disk is being shown, I did select New partition and formated the disk but nothing helps.

Please help.

It should be New and not Nes

Made some progress, it looks like my usb drives were causing some trouble, now after unplugging them I am able to further my Win7 installation. I am on installing windows screen now.
