.Net login??

Ive stated using the CCC for my ATI card again...but one thing really annoys me...the windows account login screen that comes up when you have to install the .NET packeg to use the CCC. If there is only one user on the PC is there anyway of turning this login screen off so that it just goes straight into windows when you turn the PC on???

Update the NET Framework and it will go
