Net provider for business

I have been asked by our IT guy if I can think of any decent net providers for our business. I have no idea about who is reliable, not too expensive and has decent after sales. Can you lot help me out with trying to finding a good provider? We are currently with Netscaliber *spits* and I can get about 50KB/s download on a good day, normally around 20-30.

EasyNet are business orientated but aren't cheap. That said, they've really messed up a couple of times for us so it's questionable if paying a premium for a "business service" is worth the money.
