Netgear DG834G Problems

Well, since setting up my wireless network it would appear to drop randomly, the signal strenth is normally 54mbps, but after a few minutes, or hours it'll suddenly drop, and drop and drop until it's gone. Once the network has been dropped, it'll flash with the yellow triangle over the network symbol in the task bar with something along the lines of 'This connection has limited connectivity' etc. etc.
Any idea how to solve this? It's really irritating, especially during Skype calls or MSN convos. My adapter is the Netgear USBW111 if that helps, i'm not using the netgear application but the standard windows one, I only have trouble with the netgear one.

If i've left any details out that are necessary just say and i'll give them :)

I assume your talking about the DG834G? Have you tried updating to the latest firmware? Often helps with Netgear routers.
