Netgear Me102

Just got a new laptop altough trying to use the wireless to connect to netgear ME 102 (blueyonder), it will find the access point altough won't connect keep says can't ip address. Had same problems before with the wirless connection on the 360 and eventually gave up.

Altough if I use the supplied USB adapter MA 101 it works fine, any ideas guys?

Check MAC filtering isn't enabled, it's unlikley but possible. If it is add your laptops wifi MAC to the list and it'll work, if not then it;'s more than likley encryption. Turn off encryption (don't pannic it's only for 5 mins) on the router and see if you can connect, assuming you can then log in to router and check the encryption settings you have on laptop match those that you choose on laptop (eg if you are using WPA2 on router but laptop only supports WPA you will have no end of problems). If that doesn't work report back. Good luck!

Thanks, was a friend that posted. Couldn't get access to the access port, tried every ip I could think of, although not checked underneath the box yet. Ill let him know above information. Much appreciated thanks.
