Netgear wpn111 problems

Its a long story but basically have switched to the wpn111 usb wireless adapter from a bt voyager pci card. Since installing the drivers the pc now randomly freezes and needs to be restarted. :mad:

I have read about this problem on the netgear forum but with no real solution.
Any of you guys got any ideas/suggestions?

Being honest, USB sucks as a network interface.

Have you tried new drivers?

yep tried the newest ones from the website first, then resorted to using the ones on the included cd. Same problem.
Its only a temporary measure using the usb adapter but still i would like my pc to work whilst i am using it!

USB network adaptors are genrally pretty poor stability wise. Stay clear of them if you can.
