Have two properties in which one has Broadband connection set up through the use of SIM card inserted into a Broadband router at property B. The building next to it is (50 feet or slightly more) Property A which in which has a telephone line but nothing set up as yet.
I aim to get the line made live at property A and in 2 minds of setting up a ethernet cable at property A and have it running across underground to property B as it seems to be the most reliable method. However there are few cons where there are limitations on the length of cabling I can use and that it will be expensive.
The other option would be the cheaper option of settings up a wireless bridge.
