This issue seems to have been fixed on my system too.
Not sure if it was something I did, an automatic Windows update or something else but it seems to be playing nice now.
What I did on my end was I completely flush all of my network settings on my PC, dropped the static IP, forced my router to forget my computer on the network and then re-applied all of the settings on my machine from scratch.
