Hi all
I have a linksys wireless network over four PC's, using USB adapters.
I also use the free version of Zonealarm firewall.
Now, I'm quite the noob, and could use some advice
1) How can I stop zonealarm from blocking the other PC's on my network, so that I can share files happily?
2) Often when I boot the router will not assign an IP address, leading to a 10minute wait or so until it finally renews the IP and I can use the net. Is this a bug? Any ideas at all?
3) Is it best to set all the PC's to use static IP addresses?
4) Should it be necessary to install NetBios protocol for the network to work at all?
