Network Usage Monitor

Hi guys

I am looking for a program which will show which programs or processes on my systems are using my network. I used to have one before, but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it, it would show a list of programs and processes running on my system and the download and upload speeds associated with them.

Any suggestions?

Not sure if this any use but Networkx is a really good app, I run it on my server at home and its monitors the traffic going in and out of the NIC.

It can segregate standard LAN traffic and WAN based traffic so you can use it to keep an eye on how much you are transferring over your internet connection. Much better than DU Meter I find as DU Meter will just take all your LAN traffic calculation, and WAN traffic calculation and bung them all to one result so you doesn't help when your trying to monitor internal only and external traffic separately.
