currently i have my modem hooked upto my router with a 0.5 metre RJ45 then from my router to my pc room with a 30metre RJ45

problem is i've moved all my consoles into this room and not really a fan of wireless so would it be ok to,

plug my router into my modem via a 30metre RJ45 then plug my pc and consoles into the router with 1 metre RJ45's, would i experience and issues using such a long wire from modem > router such as lag or anything

if it makes any odds my Download is 50Mb and my upload is 1.5Mb

Just so you know, RJ45 is the name of the connector on the end of the cable, not the cable itself. The most common ethernet cable is Cat5e, although Cat6 cable is slowly being used more and more.

The differences between Ca5e (which is most likely what you have) and Cat6a are not realy important at this point in time. Basically Cat5e can do Gigabit up to 100m (the max cable length), Cat6a is mainly used by people wanting to future proof their network as it is capable of 10Gigabit over the full 100m.

So the cables you have will be fine for what you want to do, 30m is way below the 100m max cable length so you should have no issues.
