Yo,

Just got a Linksys WRT54G router in the house, with the three of us connected up to it. I was the one who set it up as no one else knows anything about networking. I was wondering if there was any way to limit bandwidth to the other computers on the network :p? I can find how to completely deny access, but not how to just limit. Also, how do I find out all the computers who are connected to the network? There doesn't seem to be any option in the router config page that actually shows me what computers are connected.

Cheers in advance.

WRT54GL has the option of 3rd party firmware that will do QOS, as does the WRT54G unless you have a version 5 or above then sadly Linksys castrated the routers hardware spec's and switched to vxworks instead of Linux. A process is under development to allow you to flash a micro version of the firmware so if QOS is a major issue for you then it may be worth looking at. Log file should show clients connected iirc.
