I'm having a weird problem.. well I think!
I have a network of around 8 computers all freshly installed on windows 7 pro
all have the same subnet mask and all have appropriate ips ie 192.168.0.2 3 4 5 6 7 ect... automatically generated not manually set.
If I go to network it shows me all the computers on the same network (all workgroup) however when trying to access them it asks for a password (no password is set on any computer)
Some also say the location is not accessible?
I've tried adding a password and logging in with that computers name and password with no joy and also sharing a file but no joy..
I'm trying to install sage to another computer of the network as it says in the instructions but it asks for the computers username and password to login to the network location
please help I'm a newbie at networking
