Hi,

I have two (windows 10) computers on my workgroup, one is for media etc.

I can see the other computer (which doesn't and shouldn't have a password) but when I try to connect it says it isn't accessible.

Any way around it (not having a password)?

The second machine probably doesn't have file and printer sharing turned on which will normally prevent you using UNC to it, if it isn't that it will be firewall or something simple. Check File and Print first, second option in this screenshot:
