Networking Solution - comments?

I want to connect my downstairs PC to my 'new, soon to be bought' upstairs PC. Is this correct?

Belkin 125Mbps Wireless ADSL2+ Modem/Router (F5D7633UK4A) (NW-022-BE)
Belkin F5D7001UK 125Mbps Wireless-G PCI Network Card (NW-019-BE)
Belkin Cat5e Network Patch Cable 1m - Grey (CB-001-BE)

What have I missed?

The upstairs PC is wireless, the one downstairs will be connected to the modem/router. I *think* this will work. Feel free to make any comments or suggestions.
