Never get DOMS

I only really get crippling DOMS when training legs. Some weeks it's non-existent (not often enough) or usually I can't walk right for 4 days without immense pain.
Nate

Same, I do legs on a Friday mainly so I can have the weekend largely sat or laying down, if I did them on a Monday night say, I'd spend the rest of the week walking around like somone had removed my knees and having to pull myself out of my chair every time I tried to stand up or sit down.

WTF? Working out without DOMS exists? I'm not being funny...I just thought it was normal. When would you NOT experience DOMS whilst working out? (not during, I mean during a time when you are doing regular workouts) I'd be inclined to say that yes you are right in your assumption that you are not working out hard enough surely? Maybe I don't know what DOMS are fully? I refer to them as basically my muscles ache right?

Never actually tried this for DOM's as it is debatable as to whether it would work. however, there is this to consider or not ;):D

Trouble is I am not allowed to try it or for that matter use it to treat a rotator cuff injury :(

Disclaimer: More research needs to be done concerning younger athletes and bodybuilders to see if those results would still apply.
