Never really like racing games...

I think its a great game (it keeps on corrupting my saved games though, so I have done the first two levels - 20 races or so- around 6 times
 
The handling is far from realistic but I still really like the game, I have it rented from LoveFilm and still have it after about 3 weeks. Which for me says a lot seeing as most of the **** I rent goes back the next day.

Exactly my point. They just grip.
 
Really didn't get along with DiRT PGR3 and TDU filled the gap until Forza came out, none of them realistic but just a long term fan of PGR and TDU I loved because of the amount of cars and freedom you have. I can't put down Forza tho it is simply amazing and I can see myself playing it to the death.

There is no ice in the game! But I agree, the cars turn so rapidly that I'd struggle to do it on foot.
