you don't flash the bios, the modified bios is already flashed you just flick a switch(the switch is hidden by the xfire connector).

couple months back I'd have said get the toxic but then the 6970s where in short supply and priced at £300+, I myself got 2x toxics(£230 each pre-order) tho only running 1 at the moment(not tested the 2nd one still) as not put my new system together yet(been meaning to and should be starting on tuesday unless get lazy again).
either way would suggest upping the psu to 650w, 550w will be enough but better to have the head room(would want 750/850w if you plan on going xfire in the future).
