They do a pickup and return service, it's mentioned earlier in this thread.

They'll also collect it from your car for you. I had my Mac Pro in the Lakeside store a couple of times and each time they wheeled a trolley out to my car and collected the computer and then returned it for me when everything was done.
 
Had this too and confirmed as faulty.
Given the hassle of returning etc decided to use a spare Samsung 1Tb I had. So far so good. Relatively easy to install to be honest.

Only minor issue is the Need to install fan control software because of the lack of temp sensor on this drive but far less hassle and I have the old drive still in case I forgot something.
