New 1TB Seagate clicking!

Upgraded to a intel core2 setup last week, at the same time i got one of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...11 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (ST31000340AS) for extra storage but its making an annoying double clicking sound when i have it connected :confused:

The other two Seagate drives i have are working fine in my new p45 board(asus p5q-pro) Does anyone know what it could be?

I've got a similar issue with a 500GB Seagate. Clicks once about ever 20 minutes or so.

mine just started double clicking

300gb worth of stuff i am trying to retrive..i might have to send it off tho

Sent it back to OCUK today, hopefully i should have it replaced with quiet one by the end of the week :rolleyes:
