New 3080 Installed. Yay! TW3 Restarting PC. Not yay

That will hopefully be what I get, as the one I'm returning is EOL I believe. I haven't shipped it yet, as I'm a mere couple of hours from completing TW3 so want to see the end first :D

Good luck with the new one!

Thanks, mine is in the UK now, at a local depot. But as it is marked for a weekday delivery I will not get it until Tuesday.

When you track the progress of your return you can also see what they have replaced your with, a new or refurbished and then also the exact model that will be sent to you.
When they have received it you will also note that it then changes to a "testing" period.

Mine has, on the outer box, got awards dated 2017, I bought mine in 2018, and AFAIK mine also is EOL - or at least it is not as widely available as it used to be. A part of me hopes that they made some adjustments to reflect the "power excursions" or spikes as I would know them that could be causing these issues on newer GPU's with certain PSU's than what were available at the time these PSU's were first designed. I seem to think that I'll just be getting a replacement from stock, that happens to be new.
Mine would be stable when running certain benchmarks, it seemed to be more of an issue when running games, reflecting, possibly, surges in power demands.

Frustratingly, I'm going in for an op on Thursday, and will be off work for a week or so. Tempted to order a PSU now and sell the (hopefully) new replacement so I'm not without the pc whilst I'm off bored.

Best wishes re the Op. Hope that all goes well for you.

Point taken in regards to buying a replacement PSU. If you have managed to get yours in the post already the weekend and bank holiday will only delay things. No guarantees with you getting a new one but it should, hopefully, be a sealed unit.
At least you get to know if it is new and what model it is once approved for replacement.
Seasonic do offer a warranty transfer on their PSU's.
To replace it with something decent will at least be offset with the sale of your Seasonic one.

Good luck with that.

Mine has just been delivered.......It is a brand new and sealed Prime TX 750, the model that seemed to replace the 750 Ultra Titanium.
