oh man those are bad, there's one in there that looks like an 80's VCR sprayed matt black

Yeah i agree the Pxxx series is beginning to suffer from a lack of true design development, and seems to be getting cosmetic facelifts 
I too would like to see the black interiors, minor improvements to cable management, CPU back bracket access (now available apparently), an increase in width to accommodate more modern higher CPU coolers.
I also agree with the stylisation stuff, some of it is just unnecessary.
Fitment of something like the Akasa sound deadening as standard would be nice, as would better quality control and more attention paid to the lower section sealing so less air escapes into the upper section, i feel this could be done much better if there were 2 side panels, an upper and lower, this would also give rise to possible water cooling applications in regards to fitting radiators.
And, something i encountered recently .... give us some custom front panel connection option via swappable modules, instead of that moulded block they currently use
.... most of us dont want 2 usb slots at the front, and some dont want firewire or eSATA (or vice versa)
