Hi all,

Got the new range from AOC listed today. They should be landing over the next few weeks with only the AG273QZ due sometime in March.

1ms VA panels, 200Hz panels, HDR400 panels, curved ultrawides, there are some tasty specs here although no new IPS panels. Ofcourse the G2U range is available for fast IPS 1ms panels already.

Check them out and get your pre-orders on early to avoid disappointment!

I am very temped with the 34" curved 1440. Been looking for a while. One of my existing monitors is AOC and they are fine.

At the moment I am playing mostly world of warships and Warhammer 2 and xcom 2 and phoenix point. Generally I don't play fast paced shooters and don't need very high refresh rates. However I am finding that my 60hz 4k monitor and 1440 monitor (75hz I think) aren't quite good enough particularly when looking down binocular view in world of warships. I don't know if the 100hz

will be good enough or do I really need 144hz at an extra expense of £80 which is sizeable.

Are they releasing all-black models too? I was sure I saw a picture of a new AOC monitor without the red strip but I can't seem to find it now.

Going to mainly be playing modern warfare and bf:v, I have a 980ti, anyone have much experience with these two games at 1440p 144hz or the 3440x1440 ultra wide?

I know it won’t be running max settings to achieve around the 140 FPS figure but be interested to see what it could be capable of, waiting until next cards before an upgrade.

I’d either be going for the 1440p curved or the ultra wide version

To what extent are the Freesync monitors Gsync compatible?

Iv'e seen a recent review of the CQ27G2U/BK and the guy using it says it is Gsync compatible. Strange how Overclockers don't have any stock yet though, other UK sellers are stocking these now.
