Hi all,

Got the new range from AOC listed today. They should be landing over the next few weeks with only the AG273QZ due sometime in March.

1ms VA panels, 200Hz panels, HDR400 panels, curved ultrawides, there are some tasty specs here although no new IPS panels. Ofcourse the G2U range is available for fast IPS 1ms panels already.

Check them out and get your pre-orders on early to avoid disappointment!

Any update on these two monitors of when they'll be back in stock?

I ordered 3 days ago. My logic was that since it says pre order vs. out of stock, there is a chance it'll be in stock a bit sooner. Don't mind waiting if there's a known ETA.

I'm going to order one and I asked in Discord and they think for the curved around 20th May to come in stock. Unsure of the standard one.

I ordered a CU34G2X from another company on 5th May after being poised to buy for weeks (cost a little more than OCuk though), but they were sold out within the hour. Perhaps this means stock is finally making it to the UK.

Will be ordering the CU34G2/BK on payday cos my acer vg270hu died. Will it be in stock by the end of the month? Also whats the policy regarding dead/stuck pixels?

Don't know is the answer. I've been asking the vendor and distys for info and they cannot provide it.

We do have 5 units coming in this or next week that I do know of but that's a drop in the ocean compared to the pre-orders.

Hi Nik,

I can imagine i'm not way up the top of the list, being that i pre-ordered on 20th April, but is the corona slow down not easing a bit?
If 5 units are coming in the next week or two, I can imagine it's going to take a loooong time to clear the backlog. I would imagine,as far as UK outlets go, OCuk have a fair bit of clout when it comes to getting info out of vendors.

Thanks for your persistence.

Edit; apologies for hassling, i'm weighing up whether i should cancel and order something else, so was just trying to get a feel for whats going on. Thanks.

At the moment I am playing mostly world of warships and Warhammer 2 and xcom 2 and phoenix point. Generally I don't play fast paced shooters and don't need very high refresh rates. However I am finding that my 60hz 4k monitor and 1440 monitor (75hz I think) aren't quite good enough particularly when looking down binocular view in world of warships. I don't know if the 100hz

will be good enough or do I really need 144hz at an extra expense of £80 which is sizeable.
If your graphics card can't run the panel at 144fps then it isn't worth it :)

I ordered mine on 29th of March, and I m happy I just learnt I m getting one the five they got end of this week!
Good luck for the others waiting...

As for customers waiting, my feedback is that it would have been nice to get some push update every month at least, even to say OC don't have any visibility.

Now I pray my unit will be defaultless as waiting for a replacement might prove painful
