my wife gave birth this morning to an 8Lb boy at 7:03

Your life will never be the same again. Everything changes. But the feeling of holding my sleeping newborn child was magical. The love for your own child is a whole new kind love - unconditional and total. Enjoy fatherhood - congratulations.

i should have said, he is our 3rd child, (we have two girls, 11, and 8), but as you can imagine, i was dog tired as i had just been up 26hrs (as had my wife)
we have called him Adam.
