New AV AMP wanted

I've come into a little spare cash so I'm looking to upgrade my old Kenwood AV Amp for something a little more up to date..

Looking for 5.1, ideally with 2+Optical Audio Inputs and HDMI Switching.

Budget in the region of £250-300

You might be able to get an Onkyo 605 for that price

Onkyo make, in my experience, awesome amps for the money.

Might be selling one soon though as spare room needs to have a bed in it apparently

No, but fair few digital audio inputs and 2-1 HDMI pass through.

Still a good bit of kit for the money.

Yamaha 761 is a much better option then. Does HDMI sound for a start and its very easy to use.

What source are you planning on using with the amp? If it is PS3 then I second the Yamaha 761. If not, and you intend to use a HD source at any time, then get something that can handle LPCM sound itself.
