Will draw out a plan, I can't fit a double bed really so either a movable single or agaist the wall so I get free space in the centre for a gaming seat. Originally I wanted a double sofabed and for gaming I move it round and get in the zone.

Mahogany the wardrobes are.... unsure on colours for wall.

....... getting pics f/plan

Get a wall bed that when up becomes a sofa

We bought a dozen of these for our Studio apartments on my last project about £3k each including a mattress.

http://www.bonbon.co.uk/clei/adam.htm

isn't the back support and the mattress horrific though?

i mean surely that is terrible compared to a normal bed?

anyway this is wony tilliams so i doubt he cares about back support since he doesn't even bother with car insurance, etc.

No it's fine a quality bit of kit not an Ikea cheap as chips flat pack.

yeah but i do not buy bed's from ikea, i currently i have a £500 hydraulic piston ottoman, which has a £1200 pocket sprung mattress sitting on top of it.

surely this cannot compete with such a setup for back support?

how is that mattress even offer support if it can fold up? mattresses which come folded or can be folded are junk.

To be honest, if you spend £500k on anything less than a massive house or a penthouse apartment you deserve to be ripped the **** off and have a bad back for life.

£500K won't get you a massive house in any decent area, well not what I consider massive anyway.

Even in half decent area's £500K will only get you a new build 4-5 bedroom house with pitiful garden space and terrible views of your neighbours home which is basically 15 feet away from your own.

If you want a long drive, nice big garden's, 5 bedroom's and neighbors who you can't easily see walking around in their own homes, your talking easily double that in a decent area.

The above is clearly total and utter twaddle.

Where the **** do you live, Dubai?

House I'm living in at the moment, large 3 bed semi in a quiet area with a massive garden, not some piece of crap newbuild, a house that was built properly from bricks and mortar and with real trades fitting it out not polish monkeys.

Cost under £200k

Also, there is no such thing as a nice new build area, they're all crappy estates rolling downhill in value.

this is why i said my only rules were "no newbuilds" when looking. theyre mostly all in "regeneration" areas.
