I don't think you can really consider newbuilds to be houses anyway, more depressing cardboard boxes with doors and a lick of magnolia paint.

I was actally thinking futon. A sofa that flattens down into a bed, but I saw a normal sofa bed in ARGOS for e/day use?

I am quite light and like soft beds rather than firm. The above maybe with a mattress topper. I picked that as it was 599>269 the other day I am damsure.

I was thinking of a 64L ish sized fishtank in the room and a/or waterfeature. I used to have two water features (b n Q) and liked the sound of running water (reminds me of going to toilet *happy face* no not really just like Feng Shuiy things.

One wall is large and bare but does have a radiator (wasthinking 1wall but radiator stops people getting up the stairs of the Subway *refers to subway*

Maybe s projector or some big LED/LCD panel that acts as the time, news ticker..... sorta a monitor that's like them alarm clocks in red 88;88 and has text but the magic is in a RASP PI that does RSS, etc -b just an idea
