Hardrock Sport (Just want a bike to use casually etc) Erm.. going to be around £340ish overall. (Getting discount).

I've gone with the Trek 6500 with hope discs for £550, but it was a typo on the web page, but the guy still said i could have it, basically it was £100 underpriced.

If it falls through, i'm going for the Merlin, i actually like the look of the bike more, just the Hope Mini break deal is too good to turn down.
 
Ahhh the 6500 orange one? I was going to get that when i had the budget - Amazing bike in person. Stunning colour :) GL with it - if you get it.. Merlins are good too, was going for the £400 one not too long ago. :)

Yeah the Orange one.

Wasn't too keen on the colour, but everyone i've spoken too reckons its really nice and much better in the flesh lets hope there right.

Just can't wait now, dead excited, know i've made the right choice in getting the bike over computer parts, much more healthy!

Going to choose my helmet tomorrow, or at least have a look, really dont have any riding gear, shorts etc, but am just gonna have to get on wit it for a bit, and get some riding gear at a later date.
 
MET helmet mate - You should also look into buying a Speedometer - Might be good to keep track of how far/long you rode etc. Can aim higher next time :)

All apart from a helmet are going to have to wait.

I've got £365 excess to pay off for this bike first off, when thats done speedo's etc...can be considered.

For now there's a backtrack where i live. I'll just go 30mins down it, hit 30, come back.

Try to go further each time.
 
Hopefully they have the size frame i need tomorrow so that i can get it ASAP. If not - may have to get it during the week. :(

There's one left 21.5" for me waiting, only the one like, so thats lucky.

Glad, coz i'm very impaitent, especially when waiting for things to be deleivered from the net.

I reckon wed/thurs will be when i get mine, i cannot wait!
 
Same here - Hopefully the shop near me ordered some new ones in. Id like it by mon/tues hehe. I could get all the accessories and order the bike and get it in. :D

Well good luck, hope its in for you.

Will post in here to let you know what happened with mine in the AM, and when it should be arriving as long as i haven't been bumped.
