What sort of riding would you be looking to do?

None of the road bikes look like they're up to much, but if you're after a hybrid or tourer then maybe there's something in there.

This appears to be the only one with remotely sensible shifters.

Other option is the Triban White which has a metal fork instead of carbon. It's still head and shoulders above everything else in the price range.

It's a good bike, but it's a lot more cash.

If you want to spend more then you open up a lot more options.

Downtube shifters are a bit, well, specialised. I wouldn't.

What's your actual budget? If you're looking second hand then again your options open way up for something good.

For £200 I'd say look for something local and second hand. Bide your time and don't rush into something. For £200 you're not going to get anything spectacular, but that's no reason to settle for something terrible, and for £200 all the bikes on very in your OP are pretty terrible.
