new board which one

the wife has given me £240 for a new am3 board and some ram i need some advice on which board to have. i want 8gig of ram which takes £100 out of the equation these are the three boards im looking at

at the min my chip runs @3.9ghz and i dont want a drop in speed which has got me leaning to the amd chipset and not the nvidia one

Taking the fact that you have a Nvidia graphics card, this bundle would suit you great, the 8gig of ram and motherboard which is 3 way SLI ready in case later on down the line you decide to upgrade your graphics, you can pop in another GTX275 and go SLI rather than buying a brand new card (by this time the GTX275 will have came down in price )
